Can we all agree that living at the Jersey Shore is kind of a big deal? We can have weddings on farms, lavish golf courses, near lakes, at castles or higher education facilities like Monmouth University or even on boardwalks like Jenkinsons, Seaside Heights and Atlantic City. It's always such a rush of fun for our couples and their bridal parties to shoot their photos with us as a group BUT choosing the perfect location is key to setting the stage for this to happen! When you sit down with your photographer, go over your ideas for the perfect spot for you to head to during your 1st look or after the ceremony is complete. Even if your ceremony is at the same location as your reception, still discussing the grounds of the venue and the most picturesque locations is important. You don't always have to find the prettiest places, but finding the perfect place that works well for everyone in attendance can make a big difference in the end result. Here are a few simple tips to help make sure you are choosing a location that is ideal for the two of you! Make sure you pick a place that has as little people as possible. If heading to a park, call ahead to the parks and recreations office and make sure you do not need to obtain a permit. If heading to the beach, make sure you do not need beach badges and if simply heading to your venue, ensure you are the only wedding at the time of arrival and have full use of the grounds!
